Our weekly classes are set up on a “drop-in” basis for your convenience, meaning you can attend any regularly scheduled class with the purchase of a Single Class or Class Package.Various yoga styles ranging from Power Flow to Yin Yoga means there is truly something for everyone. Our yoga styles vary to meet the needs of our students. We recommend you get to know several class styles to determine the best yoga practice for you and your schedule.

These private classes are an intimate space held for your evolution. They are intuitive sessions that include talk therapy, spiritual guidance, and yoga all rolled up into one session.
Private sessions can be held virtually via Zoom or at your home. These sessions are a great way to break down yoga poses and develop a personal yoga practice that you can take with you wherever you go! Whether you have specific questions or simply want to work individually with an instructor, private sessions are a great way to deepen your practice.

A gentle and slow class that allows the weight of gravity to softly unwind the connective tissues of the body that are naturally resistant to fast, rhythmic, repetitive Yang movements. In Yin, poses are held anywhere between 3-5 minutes for beginners, up to 10-20 minutes for advanced practitioners. Yin Yoga compliments any yoga practice.
A sequence of yoga poses that smoothly transition from one to the next with the use of steady, fluid breathing. The class can be as gentle or advanced as the practitioner chooses, as modifications will be offered throughout. Appropriate for beginners or regular practitioners looking for a mindful practice.
In Vinyasa Flow, you will test out more advanced yoga poses so when a teacher cues, "if this is in your practice, take it now," you will feel strong, stable, and confident that you can pop right into it! Designed to be a playful, interactive practice, we will workshop poses requested by students. Suitable for students with a regular power practice, looking to challenge themselves and play with new poses.
